What is a Covenant Business Partnership?
A covenant is a “pledge, vow or promise”. It is also an agreement between two or more people to carry out the specific terms that have been agreed upon. There is power in covenant partnerships. Just like a power cord must be plugged into a wall socket for electric power to flow, so must you be connected to the right ministry to activate the anointing upon your life and your business!
Covenant relationships with God and anointed men and women of God are key elements to prospering and excelling in life. [ 2 Chronicles 20:20 (KJV) – “ …Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper ]
The first obvious benefit of covenant partnership with LPM is that you become a partaker of the anointing upon this ministry. You “take part” and share in the miracles, healings, salvation and restorations that the Holy Spirit is busy with. The apostle Paul in his letter to the church in Philippians said:
1 Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons : 2 Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ . 3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you , 4 Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy , 5 For your fellowship [partnership] in the gospel from the first day until now ; 6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ : 7 Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace [anointing] . (Philippians 1:1-7 (KJV))
The apostle Paul was saying because of your partnership with me, you “take a part” of my (Paul’s) grace (or in other words his “anointing”). This biblical principle of partnership, and the ability of a partner taking a part of the anointing or even a double portion (as in the case of Elisha - 2 Kings 2:9) can be seen throughout the bible. Joshua partnered with Moses and inherited the Promised Land. Elisha partnered with Elijah and received a double portion. The Shunammite woman partnered with Elisha and received the desire of her heart, a son (2 Kings 4:8-17). The list goes on.
The second benefit is the financial blessings of Covenant Partnership with an anointed ministry. In Luke 6:38, Jesus says: "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. As a Covenant Business Partner, God will supernaturally put these finances in abundance in your hands, so that a portion of it can come into the work of the Lord. A financial break-through over a business is therefore God supernaturally repositioning finances, that are currently on the earth to a business that partner with a God-ordained ministry and bring Glory to God. This is clearly seen in 2 Cor. 9:8-12. It says:
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;) Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;

Your giving as a Covenant Business Partner will bring prosperity to your business (increased profit), and the purpose of this is that through the Partnership God gets the Glory.
The church in Philippi partnered with Paul and had all their financial needs met (Phil 4:15-19). In covenant partnerships both parties have a role to play. It was not merely tithing, or a casual giving. It is a lot like marriage where two have committed into a relationship to achieve the same purpose and goals.
